What is Counselling?
Counselling is a therapy which gives you the opportunity to talk through any issues or problems which are of concern to you with a skilled and caring professional. Counselling can also help you to clarify and explore your thoughts and feelings and deal with issues which may be preventing you from leading your life fully. It helps you to understand yourself better and can untangle painful knotted areas which block the way to living a full and happy life. In this confidential, creative, non-judgemental, healing space you can gain a new perspective.
I offer two forms of counselling - Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Counselling and Spiritual Life-Counselling. Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Counselling is a more psychological approach than Spiritual Life-Counselling which gives greater attention to the sacred However, in practice, I work with the issues which you bring to me with all the skill, experience and love at my disposal. I am more interested in what approach will be of greatest assistance to you than in therapeutic labels.
